We currently offer packages suitable for 1-30 people that include comfortable seating, decor, and dried florals.
All Picnic packages INCLUDE:
Setup/Cleanup, table, rug and assorted pillows for seating, basket with blankets and extra pillow, customized deluxe decor according to theme, dried floral centerpiece, lanterns. Picnic table with plating: placemats, plates, glasses, utensils and napkins, table runner, ice bucket (no ice included), candle holders, candles, picnic basket.
We also have a Deluxe Romantic Package which includes additional decor: Wooden Arch, Faux Rose Petals, small Champagne table setup, Balloons, Extra candles.
- Price is for 2 people ($40 extra per additional person)
- 2 hours duration

Smathers Beach, Key West.
If you would like to setup in any other location please let us know.
($50+ for each additional hour depending on group size)
Setting up outside of Key West requires additional travel fees and is subject to availability.
Not included: food, drinks, ice, fresh flowers.
We don't provide any alcohol.
We can customize any options for you upon request, if you would like to add anything extra please let us know.
18% service fees will be added to the total price which include:
- picnic planning
- delivery of items included in the package
- set up and break down
- gratuities
- credit card fees
Like any great restaurant, we do get booked especially on weekends and holidays, so the more notice you can give the better! Ideally at least 2 weeks in advance. But you can always contact us to check our availability if you decided in the last minute.
We don't provide any food/drinks or ice. But we can order charcuterie boards from a local vendor for you upon request. Food orders are subject to availability and have to be made at least 2 business days upfront.
You can also bring your own food and drinks or order a delivery/pickup from any restaurants or grocery stores you like via Instacart or UberEats
No, we are not licensed for that.
Yes. you are welcome to bring anything you like.
Depending on the location you choose. As mostly public beaches and state parks don’t allow alcohol. So you will be fully responsible for that. We don't take any responsibility. And we don't provide any alcohol.
If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 30 min notice via a phone call or a text. You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up. Please don't leave the picnic unattended.
If there is a damage to our equipment/decor or any of our items are missing a client will be notified and a credit card on file will be charged.
That depends on the location, number of people and a couple of other factors. If you have a special spot in mind, you are fully responsible for a permit and/or site fees.
No, we leave after you're settled and return once your picnic reservation ends. If you need us during your picnic, you can call or text a PICNIC representative (whose number is provided in your confirmation email) and they can be on a site within approximately 15 minutes. The time is not guaranteed.
It depends on how you think the kids will be comfortable: if you’d like us to include seating and table with plating for them, then include the kids in the guest count. If you have questions, you can always contact us and we’re happy to talk it out.
Clients are responsible for checking the weather upfront. We don't provide any refunds. Mostly times we can setup rain or shine, except if it's a storm or a hurricane then we can reschedule. Clients take their responsibility to provide us an indoor or a covered space for a setup. If it looks like it may affect your reservation, please contact us in advance of your picnic to discuss your options (at least 24 hours upfront). If it unexpectedly starts raining during a picnic or a picnic setup we are not liable for that. You have to give us a notice to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Once your picnic setup starts there will not be any options to reschedule, move to a different location or any refunds. We have the right to charge a rescheduling fee if further requests beyond 1 are made. See our TERMS & CONDITIONS for more rescheduling information.
We don't offer any refunds for any reasons but we can change your reservation date and time depending on our availability schedule with at least 48 hour notice. After that, there is a 20% rescheduling fee to move your reservation. This doesn’t apply to cancellation due to bad weather which has to me made at least 24 hours in advance. We only allow more than 1 requests to reschedule.
